As Waizu Device Insights ships with its own device asset register and ticketing system we would only be comfortable supplying incident management services that use our own platform. That said, the platform uses APIs to integrate with many other related systems such as vendor hardware service portals (e.g. zebra and Honeywell) and customer ITIM systems such as ServiceNow. This ensures incident handling is as automated as possible.
